Arrival / Departure
- Check-in: after 14:00
- Check-out: until 12:00
Cancelation
- For non-refundable prices:
- In case of cancellation, the customer will be charged the full value (100%) of the reservation.
- In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the full value (100%) of the reservation.
- For all prices except of non-refundable:
- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation from 7 days before arrival, up to 1 day before arrival, the customer will be charged only the value of the first night.
- In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the customer will be charged the full (100%) value of the reservation.
- In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the full (100%) value of the reservation.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed
Children
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- All children from 2 years old and above, are counted as adults for billing purposes.
- All children under 2 years old can stay free of charge. Please let us know so we can provide you with a baby cot and high chair.
The price includes:
- V.A.T.
- Municipality Tax
The price excludes:
- Accommodation tax: 1,5€ / person / night
Payment policy:
- Debit / Credit card guarantee or bank deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise debit/credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
