Cancelation

For non-refundable prices:

In case of cancellation, the customer will be charged the full value (100%) of the reservation.
In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the full value (100%) of the reservation.

For all prices except of non-refundable:

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be refunded.
In case of cancellation from 7 days before arrival, up to 1 day before arrival, the customer will be charged only the value of the first night.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the customer will be charged the full (100%) value of the reservation.
In case of no-show, the customer will be charged the full (100%) value of the reservation.

Pets

Children

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
All children from 2 years old and above, are counted as adults for billing purposes.
All children under 2 years old can stay free of charge. Please let us know so we can provide you with a baby cot and high chair.
