Our Philosophy

EXARCHIA HOUSE PROJECT has 15 brand new rooms which combine minimal decoration with industrial aesthetics. They are spacious, functional, elaborately designed and made of high quality materials, having all modern comforts.

Each room is fully equipped with a high-quality CANDIA STROM anatomical Queen size mattress, smart Android TV 50'', large built-in wardrobes with safe box, refrigerators, luggage racks and welcome trays with the possibility of making all drinks.

All rooms have a private spacious bathroom with a modern aesthetic in shades of gray and white that stand out for their glass-enclosed showers, large mirrors with hidden lighting and comfortable storage spaces. Each bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, shower gel, all hotel amenities, iron for ironing clothes and hair dryer.

Finally, hotel suites also have fully equipped kitchens with the possibility of preparing all the dishes for an even more pleasant and comfortable stay.
